仕事内容
At Synopsys, our aim is to transform the future through continuous technological innovation, particularly in the realm of high-performance silicon chips and software content. As an experienced program manager with expertise in both analog and digital System-on-Chip (SoC) design, your role will be pivotal in managing customer-facing IP programs. Your daily responsibilities will include acting as the primary contact for customers regarding IP programs, managing project schedules and deliverables, and coordinating cross-functional teams on a global scale. Additionally, you will identify and mitigate potential project risks and report progress to both leadership and customers, all while striving to improve project management processes.
Your work will accelerate the launch of customer SoC products and High-Speed, Serdes IP, thereby reducing risks and enhancing delivery success. You will play a key role in strengthening Synopsys' reputation with key customers and driving the adoption of our IP. Furthermore, your efforts will help shape internal best practices and contribute to mentoring and supporting your team members.
We expect you to bring a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or its equivalent and over 10 years of relevant experience in SoC design, high-speed IP, Serdes, and IC manufacturing. Your program and project management skills, coupled with your experience in customer interaction and excellent communication and leadership capabilities, will be crucial. As part of our Silicon IP Program Management Office, you will collaborate globally with engineering, sales, and support teams to deliver innovative solutions, fostering an environment where talented individuals from diverse backgrounds feel valued and supported.
