仕事内容
We are seeking hardware engineers to design and develop advanced semiconductor solutions at Synopsys. Our engineers are tasked with technically leading critical areas of verification in collaboration with a team of skilled verification engineers. Responsibilities include defining, implementing, and managing extensive verification test plans to ensure high coverage and quality. You will be responsible for building and maintaining advanced Subsystem top-level UVM-based System Verilog testbenches, integrating RTL and behavioral models.
Your role involves coding and debugging test cases, creating complex checkers and assertions using System Verilog/UVM, and analyzing functional coverage (FC) and code coverage metrics to ensure quality standards are met. You will handle the management of regressions and contribute to refining verification strategies and test environments. Moreover, the role requires debugging and resolving simulation failures, conducting root-cause analysis to provide prompt solutions, and working closely with RTL designers and architects to ensure functional correctness.
The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree in electronics/electrical engineering with over 8 years of experience in ASIC/FPGA Verification. You should have strong debugging capabilities, the ability to define robust verification strategies, and preferably experience mentoring junior team members. Demonstrated experience in leading teams, stakeholder management, and developing System Verilog/UVM test environments for complex ASIC designs is essential. Proficiency in extracting and analyzing verification metrics and experience with interface protocols and IP design/verification processes, especially in DDR/HBM/PCIe/UCIe/Ethernet/UALink, is highly desirable.
