仕事内容
In this role, we serve as the compassionate cornerstone of the Health & Safety team at SAP Labs Latin America in São Leopoldo. Our primary responsibility is to deliver compassionate, professional nursing care to more than 2,000 people daily. We are the first point of contact for colleagues seeking care, support, or guidance, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and cared for. Our tasks range from providing immediate emergency care and first-response support for workplace incidents to conducting health monitoring activities such as vital signs, vaccinations, and clinical screenings.
We maintain and develop occupational health records and manage certification processes to ensure compliance with Brazilian regulatory requirements and international standards. Our role is crucial in supporting colleagues through mental health challenges with empathy and providing access to appropriate resources. We also contribute to health awareness campaigns, accident prevention programs, and SAP's global Run Healthy initiative. By doing so, we help translate compliance into a proactive culture of health and safety. Communication in English with global HR and Health & Safety teams is essential, as we share local data and insights to enhance SAP's worldwide well-being initiatives, ensuring that our care practices are integrated and people-centered.
