仕事内容
As part of our team, we will be focusing on Physical AI Innovation by leveraging our deep understanding of Japanese OEM design philosophies. Our goal is to adapt the Alpamayo reasoning VLA model specifically for the Japanese market, combining synthetic world generation with physical reasoning to enable vehicles to process natural language instructions and navigate complex scenarios effectively. In Architectural Stewardship, we are tasked with aligning engineering efforts with the strategic automotive customer partnerships around the NVIDIA DRIVE architecture. This involves bridging the gap between customer requirements and NVIDIA's technical capabilities across system software, safety architecture, embedded AI solutions, development tools, and cloud solutions.
Our role further extends to Industry Advocacy & Standardization, where we represent NVIDIA in Japanese industry forums, technical committees, and regulatory bodies to shape the standards for functional safety and Physical AI certification. We'll actively promote NVIDIA's technological leadership at industry events, enhancing partnerships around the DRIVE Hyperion platform, Halos OS, and other model families. In the area of Strategic Partnerships, we act as technical authorities for strategic RFI and RFQ engagements, synchronizing customer roadmaps with NVIDIA’s Physical AI solutions and formulating the technical vision for high-profile software deployments.
Finally, in Engineering Excellence, our responsibility includes establishing standards for scalable physical AI production deployment, integrating deterministic real-time design principles, observability, and high-fidelity simulation environments using Omniverse NuRec. We will define methodologies to preemptively address issues before production. To excel in this role, a deep background in ADAS industry, cross-domain engineering skills, and leadership experience are essential, with additional distinction for experience in building end-to-end autonomous solutions and contributing to all layers of production ADAS systems.

| その他 | - **応募要件**: University degree, or equivalent knowledge, in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related principle. 15+ years of ADAS industry experience, with deep hands-on experience designing and deploying multiple generations of AI-based active-safety solution. Cross-domain engineering proficiency, covering system software, real-time systems, sensors, as well as end-to-end AI systems. Experience interacting and building partnerships with technical executives. 5+ years experience in a high-impact leadership position. - **望ましい経験**: Experience building end-to-end autonomous driving solutions based on world foundation models.
