仕事内容
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Customer Technical Program Manager to lead the planning and execution of sophisticated infrastructure deployment programs, particularly in collaboration with third-party companies. The role requires managing complex AI deployment projects from initial evaluation through to customer acceptance and service commencement. You will define the strategy and tactics for integrating NVIDIA platforms and solutions, overseeing the entire project lifecycle. This includes scoping the project, forming support teams, scheduling, and managing engineering reviews to ensure smooth implementation and feature integration required by clients.
A significant part of your duties will involve translating customer needs into specific tasks for various functional areas, driving resolution of issues, and ensuring all customer-reported concerns are prioritized and addressed. Effective communication with customers and internal executives is crucial, requiring you to regularly report on program status and key issues. Collaboration with engineering, operations, quality, product management, and sales teams is essential to tackle technical challenges and ensure successful project delivery.
We expect you to leverage your strong leadership and technical expertise, cultivated over at least eight years in the electronics industry, particularly in data center environments. As a leader, you will also facilitate complex engineering discussions and escalate urgent issues appropriately. A solid understanding of data center technologies and fluency in both Japanese and English are essential, with PMP or Scrum Master certification considered a plus.

Experience and therefore deep customer savvy born of running significant and complex Data Center programs, especially with strategic customers with large Data Center deployments. Strong technical savvy, including server development and datacenter qualification/deployment. Supreme leadership skills across broad and diverse functional teams. Strong technical background and experience working with customers in Data Center/Edge Cloud development/deployment environment. Needs to be fluent in both Japanese and English. - **望ましい経験**: Experience leading key strategic projects. PMP, Scrum Master certification is a plus. |
