仕事内容
We are seeking a Senior Customer Technical Program Manager to lead and manage complex, multidisciplinary infrastructure deployment programs in collaboration with third-party companies. In this role, you will define strategies and tactics for integrating NVIDIA platforms and software solutions, focusing on complex AI deployments throughout the phases from evaluation to customer acceptance and service initiation. Your responsibilities include project scoping, assembling core support teams, coordinating project kick-offs with customers, and developing joint project schedules. You will support design efforts by providing technical resources and conducting engineering design reviews, ensuring the implementation of customer-required features, and resolving any blocking issues promptly for timely deployment.
This position demands translating customer requirements into actionable tasks assigned to the relevant teams. A key focus will be on tracking, prioritizing, and resolving customer-reported issues efficiently while maintaining clear communication with customers and senior internal executives. You will work closely with engineering, operations, quality, product management, and sales teams to address technical and logistical challenges, setting realistic expectations and ensuring projects stay on track.
The role also involves leading complex engineering discussions, assessing and escalating issues appropriately, and delivering regular executive program report updates. Establishing strong working relationships with customer development teams and using creative problem-solving to address their challenges is essential. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background, significant experience in Data Center programs, leadership skills across diverse teams, and fluency in both Japanese and English. Experience with strategic high-tech electronics projects, Data Center deployments, and relevant certifications like PMP or Scrum Master is highly valued.

Experience and therefore deep customer savvy born of running significant and complex Data Center programs, especially with strategic customers with large Data Center deployments. Strong technical savvy, including server development and datacenter qualification/deployment. Supreme leadership skills across broad and diverse functional teams. Strong technical background and experience working with customers in Data Center/Edge Cloud development/deployment environment. Needs to be fluent in both Japanese and English. - **望ましい経験**: Experience leading key strategic projects. PMP, Scrum Master certification is a plus. |
