仕事内容
We are looking for Deployment Strategists who will serve as strategic advisors for enterprise customers, specifically in the deployment and adoption of agentic AI solutions. The role is customer-facing and covers the entire value lifecycle—from identifying strategic needs to committing to a solution, deploying it, and ensuring its consumption and scalability. You will define AI strategies and roadmaps, lead design sessions, and architect comprehensive solutions using Salesforce's platform and enterprise systems, with a focus on responsible AI governance.
Your responsibilities include managing end-to-end engagement timelines, fostering stakeholder communication, and ensuring the seamless delivery of solutions. You will be the operational anchor of the delivery team, working closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure that strategy aligns with technical execution, keeping the team focused and clear of any obstacles. This role requires active management of adoption and expansion metrics, early identification of blockers, and development of strategies to ensure value realization.
You will serve as the primary customer contact, establishing trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders and presenting business-value-focused proposals and outcomes. Moreover, you will assess customer readiness for AI adoption and guide them in change management and process transformation to maximize benefits. Additionally, you’ll synthesize field insights into actionable product feedback to influence Salesforce's AI platform roadmap.
Requirements include over four years of experience in strategic solutioning or technical advisory for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology, and hands-on programming knowledge, preferably in Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex. You must also have prior customer-facing experience and demonstrate a deep understanding of Salesforce's ecosystem, including its AI capabilities. Fluency in Japanese, both written and verbal, is essential, and the role requires some travel to customer sites. Preferred qualifications include experience in regulated industries and Salesforce platform certifications.

| その他 | - **応募要件**: - 4+ years experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership or programme management for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology. - You have a degree in Computer Science or a related field. - Prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory) - this is a requirement, not a nice-to-have. - Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud. - Working knowledge of one or more programming languages: Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex. - Proven ability to lead and own complex, ambiguous engagements end-to-end — from discovery through to measurable outcomes. - Experience leading AI/LLM solution design, including agentic AI strategy, conversation design, and responsible AI practices. - Strong project and programme management skills — ability to run multiple workstreams, manage stakeholder expectations, and keep delivery on track in ambiguous environments. - Ability to travel 25% of the time to customer sites. - Fluency in Japanese (written and verbal). - **望ましい経験**: - Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce platform, and Salesforce CRM (Sales, Service, Marketing). - Experience designing and deploying AI solutions in regulated industries (e.g., public sector, financial services, healthcare). - Salesforce platform certifications (e.g., Data Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist, Application Architect) or similar platform certifications such as Microsoft, Oracle, or similar platforms. - Background in change management, organisational design, or enterprise transformation. - Experience with AI/ML concepts beyond LLMs, including NLP, RAG architectures, and model evaluation frameworks. - A get-things-done mindset with strong bias for action — comfortable operating in unstructured fast moving environments. |
