仕事内容
As an Analyst in the Deal Desk team at Salesforce, our core responsibility is to evaluate, structure, and approve commercial quotes for the Japan, Korea, and Taiwan (JKT) business segments. We serve as a crucial gatekeeper and advisor for high-velocity transactions, ensuring risk mitigation, compliance with corporate pricing policies, and finding areas for improvement using data-driven insights. We are tasked with managing the entire review and approval process for business quotes, ensuring alignment with pricing policies and margin guidelines, and acting as advisors to Commercial Sales account managers and stakeholders to facilitate efficient quote generation.
Working autonomously with account teams, we apply pricing tools, discount matrices, and commercial playbooks consistently and accurately. We engage proactively with sales teams on complex quotes, recommending alternative structures and addressing any objections to quote parameters with clarity and confidence. We handle escalations judiciously, ensuring all details, numbers, and recommendations are accurate and based on well-supported rationale.
Partnership with Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations is key to streamlining the quoting process and accelerating deal execution. Our role demands strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate and prioritize within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Effective communication skills are essential for articulating commercial policies and ensuring quote compliance. Moreover, proficiency in CRM and CPQ platforms enhances our efficiency, allowing us to support and rapidly advance revenue growth within the specified regions.

| その他 | - **応募要件**: - 2+ years of demonstrated experience in quote-to-cash operations, commercial deal desk, sales operations, financial analysis, or a relevant commercial support function. - Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role. - Professional proficiency in Japanese and business English are required. - Strong analytical background with high attention to detail, ensuring quote metrics, discounts, and numbers are always accurate. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, think on your feet amidst transactional ambiguity, and prioritize competing quote requests effectively. - Highly effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain commercial policies and quote compliance parameters clearly to sales teams. - Strong relationship-building skills and a commitment to working collaboratively to drive team results. - Proficiency in using CRM and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) platforms, as well as AI-powered tools, to support quote analysis and workflow efficiency. - **望ましい経験**: - Experience supporting a high-velocity Commercial or SMB (Small and Medium Business) sales segment within the SaaS/Software industry is a plus. - Prior experience utilizing Salesforce CPQ or similar enterprise quoting platforms. - Fluency in Korean or Mandarin is a plus. |
