仕事内容
As a Senior Program Manager at Salesforce, we lead two pivotal recruiting programs, the Employee Referral Program and the Insiders Program, primarily aimed at the APAC and Japan markets. Our main responsibility is to manage the day-to-day operations of these programs and support regional strategies. We work closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to customize these programs to meet local market requirements while enhancing the experience for referrers, candidates, and Insiders.
In the Employee Referral Program, we design educational initiatives and promotional campaigns to foster high-quality referral pipelines in key business areas. This involves collaborating with regional Talent Attraction, Legal, and Business leaders to ensure local execution aligns with the global hiring strategy. We manage program branding, communications, handle referral inquiries, train team members, and oversee the lifecycle of referral bonus payouts, ensuring compliance with Payroll SLAs.
For the Insiders Program, we own the operational workflows, establishing protocols to ensure a candidate-centered experience. This includes recruiting, onboarding, and training employee Insiders to help them authentically represent Salesforce. We run communication campaigns to boost Insider engagement and build reporting frameworks to track participation and quality, using data to drive improvements.
Overall, we have the autonomy to shape these programs' operational strategies across APAC and Japan, engaging directly with regional leaders to implement enhancements that benefit our global talent organization.

| その他 | - **応募要件**: 6+ years of program management experience in HR, recruiting operations, or talent acquisition, including leading strategic, scalable talent programs. Fluent in written and spoken English and Japanese to support APAC/Japan stakeholders and local teams. Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional workstreams, managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail, including designing and executing multi-channel communication strategies for global, regional, and executive audiences. Experience building performance metrics frameworks and using data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau) to inform program decisions, and proficiency with collaboration tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, Quip, Slack, Zoom, Google Meet). - **望ましい経験**: A proactive, solutions-oriented approach focused on continuous process improvement, operational excellence, and delivering a strong candidate and employee experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of influencing cross-functional partners and senior leadership without direct authority. Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, balancing competing high-impact priorities effectively. Hands-on experience with recruiting platforms (e.g., Workday) or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce). |
