仕事内容
We are seeking Deployment Strategists who act as strategic builders and customer-facing advisors to define AI strategies, shape agency solutions, and drive measurable adoption for enterprise clients. Your primary role will involve transforming complex business challenges into effective AI deployments that generate tangible value for clients. This role requires leading customer engagements throughout the complete value lifecycle from identification, commitment, deployment, to consumption, ensuring successful outcomes in each stage.
Key responsibilities include defining a customer’s agentic AI strategy, constructing a roadmap, and architecting solutions that integrate Salesforce’s AI platform with enterprise systems, all while maintaining responsible AI governance. You will manage the delivery timeline, stakeholder communication, risk management, and progress reporting, acting as the operational backbone of your team. Additionally, you are responsible for ensuring the adoption and expansion of AI solutions by identifying blockers and developing strategies to achieve measurable value.
Your duties also include coordinating with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with technical execution, managing customer relationships by building trust with senior stakeholders, and assessing customer readiness for AI adoption to facilitate process transformation. You will synthesize field insights into actionable feedback to influence Salesforce’s AI platform roadmap.
A successful candidate is required to have over four years of experience in strategic solutioning or delivery leadership in cloud or SaaS technology, prior customer-facing delivery experience, and a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex is necessary, along with strong project management skills. Fluency in Japanese and the ability to travel to customer sites 25% of the time are also important.

| その他 | - **応募要件**: 4+ years experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership or programme management for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology. You have a degree in Computer Science or a related field. Prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory) - this is a requirement, not a nice-to-have. Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud. Working knowledge of one or more programming languages: Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex. Proven ability to lead and own complex, ambiguous engagements end-to-end — from discovery through to measurable outcomes. Experience leading AI/LLM solution design, including agentic AI strategy, conversation design, and responsible AI practices. Strong project and programme management skills — ability to run multiple workstreams, manage stakeholder expectations, and keep delivery on track in ambiguous environments. Ability to travel 25% of the time to customer sites. Fluency in Japanese (written and verbal). - **望ましい経験**: Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce platform, and Salesforce CRM (Sales, Service, Marketing). Salesforce platform certifications (e.g., Data Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist, Application Architect) or similar platform certifications such as Microsoft, Oracle, or similar platforms. Background in change management, organisational design, or enterprise transformation. Experience with AI/ML concepts beyond LLMs, including NLP, RAG architectures, and model evaluation frameworks. A get-things-done mindset with strong bias for action — comfortable operating in unstructured fast moving environments. |
