仕事内容
私たちは、顧客の事業要件に基づいた最適な形で、Service Cloud製品およびアーキテクチャを提示するService Cloudエキスパートを求めています。主な目標は、営業サイクルにおけるService Cloud関連の技術的異議を解消することであり、Center of Excellence運営の一環として、Service Cloudのセールスと普及を推進します。具体的な業務としては、様々な業界の顧客に向けたService Cloudベースのソリューション提案を支援し、Cレベルの役員やITを含む顧客やフィールドチームにその価値を伝えます。また、技術営業戦略の策定に貢献し、顧客ビジネスに密着したデモを実施し、コールセンターやバックオフィスシステムとの統合、ワークフロー定義を含むソリューションアーキテクチャを提案します。セミナーやイベントでのプレゼンテーションやデモンストレーションを行い、マーケティング活動を支えます。業界別デモや提案書テンプレートなど、さまざまなセールス資産を作成し、提案活動を通じて得た知識を基に、業界特化型ソリューションマップを作成します。成功は、サポートする営業チームの全体的なパフォーマンスと、個人の成果により評価されます。

| その他 | - **応募要件**: - Experience in implementation/development of business application systems or core systems, OR experience in implementation consulting, OR experience as a presales engineer - Ability to listen to customer business needs and analyze their challenges - Strong desire for growth and a deep passion for customer success - Fluent Japanese - **望ましい経験**: - Previous experience as a Sales Engineer/Architect/System Engineer for a CRM company or similar Contact Center related technology - Understanding of the Service Cloud product and Platform - At least 3 years of work experience with one or more of the following CRM solutions: Oracle, Microsoft, ServiceNow - Business Level English |
