仕事内容
We are dedicated to driving finance transformation by assessing the readiness for such transformation in Japanese companies, particularly through the implementation of Workday. Our role requires the creation of a finance transformation roadmap and supporting sales activities by advising sales teams on Sales Manager forecasts based on these readiness assessments. We aim to build strong relationships with champions at prospect companies, sharing the Workday vision and proposing effective transformation scenarios.
A key aspect of our work involves leveraging our in-depth knowledge of financial management, accounting practices, and ERP systems within Japan to advocate for our innovative cloud-native financial solutions. We are tasked with cultivating and leading a community of finance professionals, CFOs, and industry experts, providing insights into Japan's unique financial landscape. Networking is crucial, as we work to forge and nurture relationships with influential finance thought leaders and potential strategic partners in Japan.
In addition, we conduct comprehensive training sessions to educate stakeholders about our solutions and their relevance in the Japanese market. We implement metrics to measure the impact of our evangelism efforts, using data-driven insights for strategic optimization. Collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams ensures our strategies align with overarching business goals.
Candidates should have experience in supporting global finance transformations for Japanese companies, expertise in Japanese finance practices, and a background in assessing readiness for finance transformations. This role requires strong networking skills, the ability to create impactful content for the Japanese market, and proficiency in data analysis.
