仕事内容
Our team at Datadog focuses on ensuring our clients are both knowledgeable about and satisfied with our product as we fuel the company's global growth. As part of the Technical Solutions team, you will engage directly with customers using various channels such as ticketing systems, live chats, and screensharing tools to recognize and address technical support concerns. Our objective is not only to fix issues but also to educate clients about our platform's capabilities. You will work on reproducing technical issues, becoming certified to lead comprehensive demos for clients, and actively participating in product discussions based on customer feedback. Additionally, you will specialize in one or more Datadog product areas, leveraging your expertise to improve our support quality. We require team members to operate primarily from a Datadog office around 3-5 days a week while maintaining flexibility. The role demands a background in multi-channel technical support, ideally from a SaaS environment, along with experience in troubleshooting or programming. Fluency in English and Japanese is crucial for effective communication with stakeholders. We value critical thinking and a client-centric mindset, encouraging continuous learning and self-initiative among our team members.
