仕事内容
We support management and senior leadership in incorporating process and quality improvements into Intel's supply chain strategy. Our tasks include defining material inspection methodologies and conducting studies related to cost control, process control, and production yield. We implement plans to optimize the supply chain and support the development of long-range product plans by defining methodologies for Intel's supply chain roadmap. Our role also involves exploring and benchmarking emerging industry technologies, contributing to future technology definitions, and identifying gaps between roadmap strategies and market demands to recommend solutions.
We track supply-demand trends, conduct root cause analyses to find process and quality improvement opportunities, and collaborate with supply chain leads to implement these solutions. Our responsibilities include leading supplier selection in partnership with commodity managers, driving product and purchase specifications to ensure compliance, and mitigating risks associated with single-sourced commodities. We establish control standards, monitor performance against targets, and drive root cause analysis for supply chain issues to develop solutions. Additionally, we engage in supplier process validation and improvements concerning quality, reliability, yield, and cost, maintaining quality standards and systems to minimize variability.
Our qualifications include a degree in Science or Engineering and at least eight years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. Proficiency in manufacturing processes, analytical problem-solving, and experience in quality management and data analytics are required. Strong communication and presentation skills in English, along with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, are essential for this role.
