仕事内容
As a Sales Professional at Synopsys, we play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in Japan by managing and growing assigned accounts. Our primary responsibility is to establish, develop, and nurture business relationships with existing and prospective customers within our designated territory or accounts. This involves identifying customer pain points and desired outcomes, thereby positioning Synopsys solutions as the ideal fit, supported by relevant metrics and proof points.
We are responsible for conducting sales activities through face-to-face meetings and remote communications such as calls, emails, and video conferences. Developing comprehensive account plans that highlight opportunities for growth and value delivery is essential. Additionally, we research and qualify new prospects while expanding our reach within current accounts and develop clear, effective proposals and quotations tailored to customer needs and business objectives.
Collaborating with marketing, technical, and legal teams is important to ensure seamless sales experiences and solutions. Providing accurate sales forecasts and renewal revenue projections to management, participating in industry trade shows, conventions, and organizing customer seminars are key aspects of our role to generate new business leads.
We are tasked with helping customers solve complex engineering and technology challenges using Synopsys' innovative solutions, thereby strengthening customer loyalty through exceptional service and delivering real, measurable value. Contributing to product development and innovation by relaying customer feedback to internal teams, and enhancing our reputation as a trusted partner and technology leader are crucial outcomes of our work.
To succeed, a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical, business, or a related field, or over three years of successful technical sales experience is required. Fluency in Japanese and English, proven success in technical sales roles, strong organizational skills, and the ability to travel are essential. Through adaptability, collaboration, and a customer-focused approach, we uphold Synopsys’ values of integrity, inclusion, and customer focus in a high-performance sales culture.
