仕事内容
As part of the Custom ASIC Sales team, our role focuses on identifying, pursuing, and winning custom silicon opportunities with Intel's strategic customers. We are responsible for defining and executing a regional market strategy for custom silicon engagements, aligned with Intel's worldwide strategy. This includes understanding market requirements and translating them into valuable custom silicon opportunities for Intel. We establish senior-level relationships with key decision-makers in sectors like hyper-scale, OEMs, automotive, and communications, aligning account planning and execution with customer priorities and Intel's long-term goals.
The role involves collaboration with internal partners to develop competitive and profitable custom solutions, managing long sales cycles, leading negotiations, and shaping business cases. We also focus on building a disciplined regional opportunity pipeline, providing market intelligence, and influencing Intel’s strategic planning to enhance competitiveness in the ASIC and IC market.
Key skills include experience in selling to large customers, strategic account growth, and managing complex sales pursuits in the semiconductor industry. A strong network within the ASIC and semiconductor ecosystem, exceptional communication, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the industry dynamics are crucial. Additionally, business acumen, strategic judgment, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are essential in this role, which ideally is based in Japan, but also open to other locations depending on the business needs.

| その他 | - **応募要件**: Must have strong business development and Sales experience working with foundries, custom silicon houses, and end customers. Broader experience a plus. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. 7+ years of semiconductor, ASIC, SoC, foundry, IP, or complex silicon solution sales experience. Experience with other T1 ASIC builders and foundry experience / custom chip building required. - **望ましい経験**: MBA or advanced technical degree. Direct experience in custom ASIC, semi-custom silicon, foundry services, design services, or related silicon commercialization models. Experience working with hyperscale, cloud, data center, networking, automotive, industrial, healthcare, edge compute or high-performance computing customers and executives. Strong understanding of semiconductor business models, including NRE structures, wafer supply considerations, packaging, yield, roadmap alignment, and lifecycle support. Experience working with globally distributed sales teams and business units. Demonstrated ability to influence C-level and SVP-level stakeholders internally and externally. Track record of negotiating complex strategic agreements and structuring large, multi-year opportunities. |
