仕事内容
As the VC CCM, we hold a pivotal role in the expansion of Logitech's B2B video collaboration market in Japan. Our responsibilities include managing the profit and loss (P&L) for the Japan VC category and leading the strategic 4P management. This involves determining product offerings, executing new product launches, overseeing pricing and margin management, and developing channel strategies. We work closely with various teams such as Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing to transform category strategies into actionable plans and achieve targets. As part of our role, we ensure that Japan's local market requirements are incorporated into future product and solution development by analyzing B2B customer and partner requirements and sharing insights with the VC Business Group.
We also influence B2B channel partners through strategic collaboration with the Sales team, leveraging product roadmaps, global strategies, and competitive analyses. Developing customer-centric execution plans based on market dynamics and customer insights is crucial. We partner with global leaders like Microsoft, Zoom, and Google to invigorate local co-marketing and sales initiatives and contribute to the development and implementation of brand strategies.
Success in this role requires a minimum of five years' experience in B2B product marketing, ideally with hardware devices, and proven leadership skills to foster strong relationships internally and externally. Expertise in data analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic problem-solving are vital, along with fluency in English for effective communication.
