仕事内容
We lead and oversee the delivery area that provides services to clients related to the design, development, and implementation of IT solutions using software/hardware systems, or their integration, along with professional IT solutions services. Our role includes providing strategic direction and oversight in developing team capabilities, achieving financial and operational objectives, and successfully fulfilling client commitments. We also drive the development of the delivery line of business and promote consistent processes and practices globally while maintaining strong relationships with clients' leadership teams.
In our daily operations, we manage a professional-level team directly or through supervisory layers, working independently to translate business plans into actionable objectives. This role involves overseeing large, complex accounts, providing leadership and direction in system design and analysis, application and system programming, database management, and network systems operations. We operate within a highly-matrixed global delivery model, mentoring and training less experienced delivery management team members.
As the technical point of contact and escalation point for the customer, we direct efforts to achieve strategic and operational objectives. We review delivery and SLA metrics internally and with customers, addressing improvements through Service Improvement Plans. Our work includes providing complex metrics and reporting support, identifying growth and innovation opportunities, and supporting their planning and execution. We proactively identify potential issues, driving resolutions to avoid customer impact and facilitate continuous service improvement. Additionally, we seek opportunities for increased productivity and efficiency by exploring new technologies and operational improvements, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders to enhance customer experience.
