仕事内容
We provide support services focusing on troubleshooting, parts replacement, systems upgrades, deployments, and repairs for desktops, notebooks, and printers. In this role, you will use your solid knowledge of Windows operating systems and client service skills to resolve both routine and non-routine technical problems. You will identify potential issues that could impact user experiences and proactively take corrective actions. You may need to make policy recommendations and serve as an escalation point for less experienced team members. Being available to respond to calls outside of regular business hours, as instructed by leaders, may be required. The role demands physical capabilities to perform office tasks, including lifting assets weighing up to 50 pounds, with support equipment like trolleys. Travel for this position might be necessary, adhering to the travel policy, and may include overnight domestic trips. Proficiency in Japanese communication skills—spoken, reading, and writing—is essential, while English proficiency is advantageous. A High School Diploma is required, with preferences for some college coursework or an undergraduate degree. Certifications equivalent to A+ in desktop support are required, with additional certifications for various hardware platforms preferred.
