仕事内容
We are responsible for leading the global field service operations at NTT DATA in Ikonobe, Japan, primarily overseeing a skilled team to achieve quality, service level agreements (SLA), and customer satisfaction benchmarks. This role involves developing and supervising personnel, managing field service schedules, and ensuring all contracted terms are met effectively. We focus on continuous service improvement and oversee delivery costs, coordinating closely with regional lead technicians and client delivery executives to handle daily, weekly, and monthly client priorities. Our duties also encompass monitoring and achieving SLA performance, implementing customer service improvement (CSI) programs, and ensuring program quality.
Additionally, we standardize field service functions to maintain operational continuity, managing staffing and knowledge base contributions. This position involves collaborating across multiple countries to understand and incorporate local requirements, enhancing field service operations through strategic goal setting and plan development. We lead the senior relationship with suppliers, driving service level improvements and resolving any escalations to maintain a high level of client experience and satisfaction.
Furthermore, we handle project management tasks, including the launch of new products or services, negotiating service delivery in various countries, and implementing automation to improve processes. This role requires significant travel both domestically and internationally and involves working closely with the finance and account teams to manage expenses within financial targets. Regular coaching and mentoring are also part of our responsibilities to assist the team in achieving performance metrics and business process improvements.
