仕事内容
Our job involves developing and executing account strategies specifically designed for assigned Industrial & IoT customers. We focus on building strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities that align with our customers' roadmaps and priorities. A significant part of our role is to drive demand creation, generate a pipeline of opportunities, and ensure commercial execution to expand revenue and increase market share.
We lead customer engagements through regular business reviews, opportunity follow-ups, and executive communications as required. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including field application engineers, marketing, business lines, operations, and distribution partners, is crucial to advance opportunities and secure successful outcomes. Additionally, we manage opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and KPI tracking by using CRM and reporting tools with discipline.
As part of our responsibilities, we monitor competitive activities, customer trends, and market developments and translate these insights into actionable account plans. Supporting commercial discussions on pricing, supply, contracts, and handling escalations in alignment with internal stakeholders are also integral to our duties. We contribute to a high-performance sales culture through strong ownership, clear communication, and consistent execution of our tasks. Proficiency in AI tools to enhance business efficiency and AI-driven problem solving in sales activities and cross-functional collaborations is encouraged.

| その他 | - **応募要件**: Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience. Several years of B2B sales experience in account management, solution sales, or strategic customer development. Proven ability to develop customer relationships and create, qualify, and advance new business opportunities. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively across internal functions and influence stakeholders to move opportunities forward. Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage sales activities against defined targets and KPIs. AI tool literacy, with willingness to actively leverage AI tools to improve business efficiency and productivity. Motivation to explore and propose effective ways of using AI tools in daily sales activities and cross-functional collaboration. Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese. - **望ましい経験**: Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is preferred. Experience in semiconductors, electronic components, factory automation, industrial equipment, power, or control-related industries is preferred. English communication skills for internal collaboration are preferred. |
