仕事内容
In the role of Associate Director, CMC Lead, LCM for Small Molecules at Takeda, we will lead operationally and tactically in managing the CMC lifecycle of commercial products within our small molecule portfolio. Acting as a pivotal liaison between Pharmaceutical Sciences, Global Supply & Quality (GSQ), and manufacturing technology organizations, our focus will be on supporting scientific excellence, effective lifecycle stewardship, and optimal resource allocation amidst competing priorities.
We will lead CMC teams tasked with the commercial product CMC content, prioritizing lifecycle management and technology excellence to optimize portfolio resource use. Additionally, we'll spearhead cross-functional GSQ CMC teams to support lifecycle management activities, contributing to robust lifecycle management strategies for Takeda's commercial small molecule assets. As part of this, we will serve as the CMC representative for assigned products within Takeda's Global Product Teams under senior CMC leadership's guidance.
Key responsibilities include owning vital CMC decisions affecting lifecycle and supply outcomes, addressing complex CMC issues, advocating sustainability, technology excellence, and innovation, especially through digital solutions and data analytics. Collaborating with Project Managers, we'll ensure the success of the CMC team by shaping and recommending lifecycle management decisions, mentoring team members, and building organizational capability.
Finally, we will oversee lifecycle management activities across functional SMEs, aligning with the MSAT small molecule organization to synchronize LCM activities across GSQ. Partnering with the MSAT CMC Launch group will be crucial for product transitions from launch into ongoing management.
