仕事内容
We are responsible for the comprehensive management of manufacturing equipment in a mass-production facility for analog semiconductor devices. Our role encompasses the entire equipment lifecycle, from the introduction and maintenance of various sophisticated machines and tools to the technical development efforts aimed at enhancing productivity. Key tasks include overseeing the specification selection, installation planning, and commissioning of new equipment such as lithography, etching, and deposition tools, as well as advanced robotics like AMRs and Cobots. To ensure maximum uptime and efficiency, we develop preventive maintenance plans, investigate failures to implement corrective actions, and collaborate with equipment manufacturers on hardware and software modifications to improve throughput and reduce defect rates. Additionally, we build monitoring and analysis frameworks utilizing AI and data analytics for smart factory transformations. Our work not only contributes directly to equipment performance and productivity improvements but also supports broader cost reduction initiatives and continuous digital transformation efforts in the manufacturing process.
