Description Senior Manager, Digital Transformation Job Summary: Digital is our new energy. We are looking for ambitious contributors with an innovative mindset who take responsibility for generating new data and business. In this role, you will build omnichannel and data analytic capability on behalf of Syneos Health Commercial Solutions, provide as a consulting and analytical service to the clients. Key Responsibilities: The performance of this role will have an impact on Syneos Health's business success in three important areas: 1) develop new digital business with clients, 2) creating new digital marketing and data service capability in Japan primarily, 3) delivery omnichannel and data analysis project for clients with the other regional marketing communication and technology and data science team and vendors. Specific Responsibilities for this role include: • Develop digital solution business with new clients in healthcare and deliver the value from end to end process. • Collaborate with the other departments’ solutions to maximize value in your proposals and deliveries. • Create a roadmap to grow data as an asset to power omnichannel and data analytics capabilities. Leverage these capabilities to attract customers and identify strategic business opportunities • Oversee the development and coding of software programs, algorithms, and automated processes to cleanse, integrate and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources. • Create a framework to translate data insights into actionable steps. Monitor and adapt metrics based on changes in business priorities • Lead governance of the digital data assets, including development of governance plan and structure • Report on data analytics activities to customer entities, incorporating novel reporting and data visualization techniques • Perform as a strategic thought leader for AI, Omnichannel and Data strategy. • Assist team in identifying meaningful insights from large data and metadata sources, interpreting and communicating insights and findings from analysis and experiments to product, service, and business managers. • Have broad expertise or innovative knowledge, use skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways. • Lead a project team in presenting findings and recommendations to customers (internal and external) in a clear and concise way to drive appropriate outcomes. • Lead best-in-class Data Centre of Excellence. Mentor and coach the other team members across the business. Requirements: • Curiosity, and the ability to turn that curiosity into action, with the power of execution. • Able to influence and unify the direct team and peers, as well as interact effectively as a strategic partner with senior management. • Wide knowledge of the commercial business of the pharmaceutical or related industry is a plus. • Strong data analysis and data modelling skills, good knowledge of statistics. At least 10-year work experience in the data business is required. • Detailed understanding of how omnichannel and data analytic models are developed. • Proven experience leading a high performing team and working across multiple stakeholders to deliver results while educating and growing team members. Global experience is preferred. • Ability to communicate data insights and omnichannel and digital transformation concepts to senior technical and non-technical internal stakeholders and external clients. • Excellent perception and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to quickly recognize opportunities. • The ability to work independently while maintaining commercial leadership and communication in real-time.
