仕事内容
As members of the Clinical Solutions team at Syneos Health, we are responsible for the comprehensive management of clinical research studies, ensuring they comply with regulatory standards and clinical protocols. Our role involves site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management activities, and close-out visits, which can be conducted on-site or remotely. We utilize our experience and judgment to assess site performance, manage informed consent processes, and ensure the confidentiality of patient data. We diligently verify that clinical data is accurately captured in case report forms (CRFs) and ensure site compliance with electronic data capture requirements.
Our tasks also include investigational product (IP) management such as inventory, reconciliation, and ensuring proper dispensation according to protocol. We maintain the accuracy and completeness of the Investigator Site File (ISF) and ensure its alignment with the Trial Master File (TMF). As part of our responsibilities, we document all activities, support patient recruitment and retention strategies, and manage communications to ensure project objectives are met.
We also play a pivotal role in training site staff, ensuring audit readiness, and supporting audit preparations and follow-up actions. The position requires constant adaptation to changing priorities, requiring us to manage site-level activities and communications efficiently. Additionally, we may contribute to real-world late-phase studies and support site management throughout the study lifecycle, including chart abstraction and data collection. Collaboration with sponsor affiliates, medical science liaisons, and local country staff is essential to meeting our objectives. Our work directly impacts the development of innovative healthcare solutions and patient progress, making a meaningful difference in the field of drug development and commercialization.
