仕事内容
As part of Syneos Health's Clinical Monitoring/CRA team, we are tasked with overseeing and ensuring the integrity of clinical research studies. Our primary responsibilities include performing site qualification, initiation, monitoring, management activities, and close-out visits, which can be conducted on-site or remotely. We ensure compliance with regulatory, ICH-GCP, and protocol requirements. This involves evaluating site performance and staff, addressing site-specific issues, and communicating serious issues to project teams to develop action plans.
We verify the informed consent process, protect subject confidentiality, and assess patient safety and data integrity. Our role involves reviewing site processes, conducting Source Document Reviews, verifying the accuracy of data in case report forms, and resolving queries. We manage investigational product inventories and ensure compliance with electronic data capture requirements.
Throughout the study lifecycle, from site identification to close-out, we provide site support, understand local requirements for study designs, and collaborate with various stakeholders. We maintain a working knowledge of relevant guidelines, regulations, and company SOPs, and support audit readiness. Training and supporting junior staff, identifying out-of-scope activities, suggesting potential sites, and maintaining clear communication are also part of our responsibilities.
Our contributions impact the success of projects, with many responsibilities in designing, implementing, or delivering processes. This role requires advanced education and experience in the field, with the possibility of managing or directing processes and programs within our area of responsibility.
