仕事内容

As part of our Clinical Monitoring team, we undertake roles that involve overseeing and ensuring the integrity of clinical research studies. Our responsibilities include conducting site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management activities, and close-out visits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, ICH-GCP, and Good Pharmacoepidemiology Practice (GPP) protocols. We evaluate the performance of trial sites and site staff, providing necessary recommendations and immediately escalating serious issues to the project team. We are tasked with verifying properly obtained informed consent, maintaining patient confidentiality, and assessing factors affecting patient safety and data integrity.

We perform Source Document Review and verify that clinical data entered in case report forms is accurate and complete. Our team manages site-level activities and communications to ensure project objectives and deliverables are met, while applying query resolution techniques to close issues within timelines. We provide guidance on investigational product management, including inventory, reconciliation, and compliance checks, according to project protocols and guidelines.

Additionally, we prepare for audits and support audit readiness, ensuring documentation consistency between the Investigator Site File (ISF) and Trial Master File (TMF). We actively engage in subject recruitment, retention strategies, and conduct data collection, collaborating with site personnel, sponsors, and global clinical monitoring teams. Our goal is to enhance the quality of clinical trials through innovative monitoring techniques, working with site teams to develop and implement quality control procedures, ensuring trials adhere to clinical practices and achieve successful outcomes.
