仕事内容
In our role within Clinical Research Associate (CRA) at Syneos Health, we are responsible for ensuring the integrity and compliance of clinical trials. Our key tasks include site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management, and close-out visits, ensuring that all activities adhere to ICH-GCP and regulatory standards. We evaluate the performance of site staff, ensure informed consent processes are followed, and assess safety and data integrity at the investigator site. We conduct Source Document Review to verify clinical data accuracy, apply query resolution techniques, and ensure site compliance with electronic data capture requirements.
We manage investigational product inventory, ensure it is dispensed and administered according to protocol, and verify site processes align with trial master files. Additionally, we maintain meticulous documentation and communication with project teams, support subject recruitment strategies, and manage timelines to meet project objectives. As liaisons, we collaborate with site personnel and perform audit readiness activities. For late phase studies, we engage in chart abstraction and data collection, support site processes throughout the study lifecycle, and train junior staff as required. We must efficiently manage travel up to 75% of the time, adapt to changing priorities, and utilize our knowledge of GCP and local regulations to facilitate clinical studies.
