説明Amazon is looking to hire an experienced, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Field and Design Engineer that can drive expansion in our Last Mile Delivery network. As a member of the Japan Amazon Logistics Engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the physical launch of SSD including perishables and physical modifications to existing stations.You will own the design, planning and implement the construction milestones and budget for new launch site and existing site modification with coordination of external and internal stakeholders, and will grow to lead the design, optimization of Delivery station layout, Material Handling Equipment and Construction project management of our existing and future Logistics network.Amazonは、ラストマイルデリバリーネットワークの拡大を推進できる、経験豊富で革新的、実践的、かつカスタマーオブセッションを持つフィールド・デザインエンジニアを募集しています。日本のアマゾン・ロジスティクス・エンジニアリングチームのメンバーとして、新規デリバリーステーション(SSD)とPerishableの立ち上げと既存ステーションの物理的な改修を主導する責任を担っていただきます。新規立ち上げサイトおよび既存サイトの改修における設計および建設マイルストーンと予算の計画立案と遂行を担当し、外部および内部のステークホルダーとの調整を行います。また、既存および将来のロジスティクスネットワークにおけるデリバリーステーションのレイアウト設計・最適化、物流機器、および建設プロジェクト管理をリードする役割へと成長していただきます。Key job responsibilities- Project management of the new SSD launch including perishable leading, the development of design, project milestones and budget estimation to secure the target launch schedule.- Existing SSD infrastructure modification/upgrade project management to improve safety/productivity/capacity.Detailed Responsibilities - Layout design and feasibility study - Project timeline/Budget estimation - Project management of construction Cost/schedule/quality. - Coordination with external and internal stakeholders - Trouble shooting and problem solving SSDおよびPerishableの新規立ち上げプロジェクトマネージメント。目標とする立ち上げスケジュールを確実に達成するため、設計開発、プロジェクトマイルストーン、予算見積もりを主導。安全性/生産性/処理能力向上のための既存SSDのインフラ改修/アップグレードプロジェクト管理。詳細な責任範囲- レイアウト設計とフィージビリティスタディ- プロジェクトタイムライン/予算見積もり- 建設工事の費用/スケジュール/品質のプロジェクト管理- 外部および内部ステークホルダーとの調整- トラブルシューティングと問題解決About the teamMore Information (Japanese Only)・Department: Last Mile(AMZL)・Job:Engineer・Location:Tokyo Office・Voice of employee - Last Mile(AMZL) department
基本条件- 5+ years of industrial engineer, operations engineer, manufacturing engineer, or project engineer in a manufacturing environment experience- Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or technology- Business-level proficiency in speaking, listening, and writing in both Japanese and English.
