説明Job Summary – Operations Manager, Sort Center (AMXL Middle Mile)AMXL Middle Mile is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily operations at an AMXL Sort Center in Japan. The role focuses on ensuring smooth inbound, sorting, and outbound operations while meeting key operational metrics such as safety, quality, throughput, and on-time departures.The Operations Manager will oversee 3PL operations, manage vendor performance, and maintain strong account management with partner operators to ensure operational standards are met. The role requires close collaboration with Fulfillment Centers, Delivery Stations, carrier partners, and internal teams to ensure shipments flow through the network efficiently.Key responsibilities include managing floor execution, optimizing labor and equipment utilization, monitoring operational metrics, and driving process improvements to improve productivity and reduce defects. AMXL consolidates supply chain, tech, FC operations, transportation, delivery stations, and last mile delivery. We also provide special handling services such as Room of Choice delivery, Haul-Away and Installation/Assembly for select items.
