仕事内容

At Amazon Web Services (AWS), we prioritize security above all else. Our team in the AWS Security Assurance division is dedicated to demonstrating the security controls of our services, which are offered at a massive scale. This role involves developing and implementing technology audit and assurance programs specifically tailored for various customers and countries across the Asia-Pacific region. You will be responsible for defining strategic directions for security audits, managing an assurance program, and leading a team that operates in specific markets within this region.

Your responsibilities include interacting closely with customers from different industries, auditors, and regulatory bodies. You'll need to have a strong foundation in audit principles and a diverse background in technology, privacy, and assurance. We expect you to have led teams and successfully delivered complex audit and assurance programs. As the primary architect of AWS' assurance programs in Asia-Pacific, you will need to execute long-term projects, develop processes and methods, and ensure their seamless implementation across multiple stakeholders including customers, auditors, and regulatory agencies.

You will also work directly with various AWS divisions to build tools and provide evidence needed for assurance, bridging gaps between security, technology, and compliance. Additionally, you'll be responsible for communicating compliance implications, understanding regulatory requirements, and driving alignment in AWS environments. As a key player, you'll navigate customer audit and assurance expectations, articulate control implementations, and continuously improve security organizations and program management processes using your technical and audit expertise.

その他- **応募要件**:
- 8+ years of professional experience in technology and security audit and assurance activities and security implementations within regulated industries or a provider of services to regulated industries.
- Relevant experience working directly with customers' C-suite, boards of directors, regulators and executives on financial regulatory, technology, or related policy issues.
- Experience delivering programs such as SOC, ISO20000, ISMAP, ISO27001 etc

- **望ましい経験**:
- Highly effective verbal (both English and Japanese), written (English) and interpersonal communication skills;
- Demonstrated ability to effectively and comfortably interact at senior and executive levels.
- Self-starter with proven track record of successfully working with a wide array of functional groups across an organization and cultures as well as working independently.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to use data to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions.
