仕事内容
Our team is dedicated to driving digital transformation in the automotive industry by collaborating with major OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers on the development of Software-Defined Vehicles. We focus on delivering AI-enabled, software-defined, and secure intelligent products, and we are involved in a comprehensive, multi-program initiative that engages with a leading global Tier-1 supplier to deliver ADAS systems. Our role involves overseeing the entire development process, from project management and system architecture to software development and AI integration, ensuring that we provide scalable, high-quality, production-ready solutions.
Key responsibilities include designing scalable and robust software architectures for ADAS ECUs, optimizing SoC/MPU resources, establishing AUTOSAR-based architectures, and integrating safety and cybersecurity measures in accordance with ISO standards. We are also tasked with translating customer requirements into detailed software specifications, maintaining ASPICE compliance, and supporting CI/CD environments to facilitate build and test processes. Collaboration is central to our work, requiring close coordination with hardware and system teams to define interfaces and resolve dependencies while conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments to uphold quality standards.
For this role, extensive experience in automotive embedded software, including foundational knowledge of ECU architecture and AUROSAR standards, is essential. A bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English is required for effective communication with both our offshore teams and local customers.
