仕事内容

As a Senior Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) for our global Automotive & Manufacturing Industries team, we will be responsible for guiding AWS customers on their cloud migration journey, ensuring seamless collaboration among AWS teams to deliver customer outcomes. Our role is pivotal in enabling industry enterprise customers' digital transformations by meeting them at their current cloud journey stage and tailoring solutions based on their specific industry needs. We will deeply engage with customers to define business outcomes and develop industry-specific use cases, facilitating product development, solution sales, and delivery.

In this role, our key responsibilities include accelerating AWS adoption through customer cloud initiatives, serving as a trusted advisor and voice of the customer within AWS, and implementing governance structures to oversee both the partnership and AWS adoption. We will coordinate cross-functional resources and drive disciplined project delivery, quantifying the tangible business benefits realized through cloud transformations.

Our responsibilities extend to guiding customers through AWS adoption stages, planning major migrations, translating account plan initiatives into actions, and managing cadence through reporting and tracking. Execution of educational plans, business alignment roadmaps, and leading significant events are critical to the success of our customer's cloud journey.

Candidates must possess a strong technical background, enterprise cloud experience, and excellent communication skills at both executive and project team levels. We will use our expertise to influence team decisions, provide insights, and drive robust solutions. The role involves up to 25% travel to maintain close customer engagement.

その他- **応募要件**:
- 7+ years of work in enterprise IT, either as a vendor, consultant or have prior experience working with or managing technical programs experience
- 2+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies experience
- 5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience
- Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese at a business level or above (N1+)
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle, including design, development, test, build, deployment processes and timelines
- Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal

- **望ましい経験**:
- PMP certification, or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification
- Experience implementing cloud services including migrations and modernization projects or similar
- Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams
- AWS or other cloud certification
- 3+ years of solving problems with technology in the Automotive & Manufacturing industries experience
