仕事内容
私たちは、AIの技術的知識と顧客中心のアプローチを持ち、売上成長に注力できるAIセールススペシャリストを求めています。この役割では、顧客と緊密に連携し、彼らの目標を理解し、AIの複雑な能力を明確なビジネス価値に変換し、スケールに応じた成功した導入を支援します。具体的には、健全なパイプラインを維持しながら、エンドツーエンドの営業サイクルを導くことで販売目標の達成を支援し、内部チームと連携して詳細なアカウントプランや地域戦略を立て、CRMツールを用いた正確な予測を維持します。また、AWS GenAIおよびAgentic AIサービスの信頼できるアドバイザーとして、顧客が潜在的なアウトカム、価値、投資対効果を理解する手助けをします。技術的発見セッションを主導し、デモンストレーション、概念実証、ソリューション設計に貢献します。モデル評価、責任あるAIの実践、ガバナンス、コンプライアンスの考慮事項についての指導も行います。長期的な顧客の成功に貢献しながら、意思決定者や経営層の利害関係者との強力な関係をコンサルティング形式で築き、内部チームと連携して顧客の学習と採用を支えるワークショップやソリューションレビューを実施します。

| その他 | - **応募要件**: - 5+ years of experience in technology roles, including technical or solution-oriented sales, with a demonstrated history of contributing to revenue goals - Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder sales engagements and managing pipelines with a focus on accuracy and transparency - Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear, engaging way for both technical and executive audiences - Native-level Japanese and business-level English - **望ましい経験**: - Experience working with Generative AI technologies, including foundation models, LLMs, or autonomous agent frameworks - Exposure to AI model development, fine-tuning, or production deployment - Familiarity with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures, fine-tuning techniques, and AI deployment patterns - Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field |
