仕事内容

As Value Advisors, we engage in a senior, customer-facing role where we collaborate with C-level executives such as the CEO, CIO, CFO, and CHRO to facilitate enterprise-wide transformation and achieve measurable business value. Our role necessitates strong financial acumen to effectively analyze financial statements, mid-term business plans, integrated reports, and executive KPIs, ensuring that our discussions about transformation are grounded in quantifiable value. Collaborating closely with SAP sales and delivery teams, we shape executive agendas and develop compelling business cases to position SAP as a trusted partner in transformation efforts.

Our key responsibilities include leading executive engagements to evaluate strategic priorities, transformation goals, and value opportunities. We develop business cases suitable for executives and board members using both financial and non-financial metrics. We also drive value management by supporting value-based "GO/NO-GO" decisions, defining clear value targets for transformation initiatives, and measuring value realization to guide continuous improvement efforts. Additionally, we partner with sales teams to shape account strategies, bolster strategic deals, and accelerate the sales pipeline.

In our methods, we apply SAP’s global value methodologies, frameworks, and tools while continuously keeping pace with evolving methods and tools developed by SAP global teams and the Value Advisory community. By incorporating these new approaches, we maintain relevance and thought leadership in the field.

Our qualifications include over 15 years of experience in enterprise roles, management consulting, or digital/business transformation, demonstrating a proven track record of engagement with C-level executives. We possess strong financial and business analysis skills, executive presence, and excellent communication abilities. Our expertise with SAP solutions is highly advantageous. We are strong team players who listen well and build trust through respectful engagement, adeptly translating complex financial and operational analyses into succinct executive narratives. We adapt our communication style to meet stakeholder needs, are proactive in identifying issues, mobilize stakeholders, and deliver quick wins that we can scale into repeatable practices.
