仕事内容
We will engage students from universities or universities of applied sciences, preferably those studying Business Administration, Business Informatics, Education, or similar fields. Our main focus will be on contributing to initiatives and projects related to organizational development, skill strategy, and workforce transformation. Your key responsibilities will include supporting the identification and prioritization of skill demands across the organization. You will maintain accurate participation records and assist in developing a reporting framework for skill development activities. Additionally, you will plan and coordinate the delivery of enablement programs at a global scale, which includes handling session setup, enrollment management, and managing participant data effectively.
You will act as a point of contact for facilitators, participants, and internal stakeholders, ensuring that inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner. Your role will also involve helping with the preparation of communication assets and materials, such as presentations, email newsletters, and intranet pages. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools like PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams is required, as well as solid Excel skills for organizing, cleaning, and summarizing data. To succeed in this role, you should be structured, detail-oriented, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks independently. Additionally, strong communication skills with a collaborative, service-oriented mindset, and fluency in English and German are essential.
