仕事内容
In our role, we manage and execute collection procedures for predefined portfolios within the Strategic Business customer segment, ensuring timely payments and compliance with the SOX framework. Our responsibilities include directly engaging customers to resolve payment disputes by utilizing strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. We closely monitor key accounts receivable (AR) metrics such as Total Cash Collected, DSO, and CEI to identify trends and anomalies that could impact our collection processes.
We also work collaboratively with accounting teams to reconcile payments and address billing discrepancies, ensuring a seamless collection process. By leveraging technology, we aim to facilitate payments and minimize reconciliation errors, identifying opportunities to enhance collection workflows and drive operational efficiency. Our role requires a deep understanding of AR processes, cash collections, and best practices in collections, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and, preferably, experience with ERP or collection software.
Our team, part of the Strategic Finance division covering the Middle East and Africa within EMEA, values analytical rigor, a strong customer orientation, and a proactive approach to collections. We consistently manage multiple priorities and deliver results, contributing to the strategic collections strategy, automation efforts, and data-driven performance monitoring. Additionally, we apply AI tools effectively, ensuring the quality of AI-generated outputs to improve our processes further.
