仕事内容
Our role as SAP Business Transformation Management Solution Sales Executives focuses on driving transformation initiatives for our clients by integrating processes, applications, people, and data. We execute key responsibilities such as prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new business with both existing and potential new customers. Our primary tasks include achieving subscription revenue targets by developing and implementing effective and specific account plans that ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth. We build strong relationships with our clients, acting as trusted advisors by understanding their technology footprint, strategic growth plans, and competitive landscape.
In leading designated territories, we manage accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and the entire sales cycle. We follow a disciplined approach to maintain a rolling pipeline, strategically leveraging all SAP solutions, including industry and technology solutions such as CRM, SCM, HCM, and Business Analytics, to enhance sales efforts. We require more than 10 years of experience in selling complex business software or IT solutions, coupled with a strong grasp of business processes, enterprise applications, and digital adoption strategies necessary for successful business transformations. Educational qualifications include a bachelor's degree, with a master's in business administration and certifications in Business Process Management or Enterprise Architecture preferred.
