仕事内容
As a People Partner (HRBP), we provide strategic and operational HR partnership to align people strategies with our business goals. Our primary responsibilities include consulting with line management to deliver daily HR guidance, which involves understanding the business and its needs to offer advice on achieving company objectives. We work closely with the Chief People Officer (CPO) and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to analyze trends and metrics, ensuring our HR strategies are data-driven.
We tackle complex employee relations issues, addressing grievances in collaboration with Employee Relations (ER). By nurturing close relationships with management and employees, we aim to strengthen work relationships, enhance morale, and boost productivity and retention. Our role includes providing guidance on HR policies and monitoring workforce and succession planning to meet current and future organizational needs.
Identifying training needs is another crucial aspect of our role. We evaluate training programs to ensure they meet team and individual development requirements effectively. Additionally, we are tasked with suggesting new People and HR strategies that align with our company culture and budget constraints.
To excel in this role, we must demonstrate proven experience as a People Partner or equivalent HR role, with excellent people management skills. Being analytical and goal-oriented is essential, alongside a thorough understanding of labor legislation and all HR functions and best practices.
