仕事内容
We are seeking an SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) Data Architect who can help organizations transform data into a competitive advantage. In this role, we define data strategies enabling enterprises to modernize their landscapes and harness AI-driven transformation. By working at the nexus of applications, data, and AI, you'll design unified, reliable data foundations facilitating advanced analytics and AI. You will engage directly with executives and business leaders, showing how well-governed data leads to tangible business outcomes. Your capacity to simplify complexity, communicate clearly, and lead from vision to delivery will significantly impact our customers.
Your key responsibilities include leading customer data strategy and roadmap with SAP BDC as the base, transitioning from legacy to AI-ready platforms. You will analyze customer data to create actionable transition plans through SAP RISE and GROW transformations. Acting as a strategic advisor, you'll guide executives and IT stakeholders on data and architecture decisions. Designing unified, scalable data architectures using SAP BDC and partner technologies like Databricks and Snowflake, you will fortify enterprise data backbones. You'll define data architectures across applications for Business AI capabilities, drive data product adoption to align with customer objectives, and lead end-to-end delivery ensuring quality and business outcomes. Collaboration with global teams for seamless implementation and championing SAP's data and AI strategy through innovative solutions is vital to this role.

| その他 | - **応募要件**: - 10+ years of enterprise data architecture and data modeling experience with strong expertise in developing data and AI strategies. - Master’s or Bachelor's in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field. - Exceptional soft skills at making complex concepts simple for executives and business leaders. - Expert-level understanding of SAP BDC to lead discovery workshops with business and IT leaders, identifying compelling use cases and building actionable BDC adoption plans. - Deep knowledge of SAP core data structures and proven ability to integrate SAP and non-SAP data into coherent foundations that support advanced analytics and AI use cases. - Hands-on experience designing data models and building scalable data pipelines that support data products and modern cloud data architectures. - Expertise in master data governance, data lineage, and data quality management. - Fluency in Japanese, Business level English - **望ましい経験**: - Experience with partner data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Google BigQuery, and others. - Understanding of knowledge graph concepts and how they support agentic AI use cases. - Exposure to SAP RISE, SAP GROW, and enterprise cloud transformation programs. - Technical fluency in SQL, Python, or modern modeling frameworks. - Experience leading or mentoring cross-functional and multi-region team |
