仕事内容
As the Senior Program Manager for Salesforce's Employee Referral and Insiders Programs, our primary focus is on optimizing and managing these strategic recruiting initiatives within the APAC and Japan regions. For the Employee Referral Program, we are responsible for designing education initiatives and promotional campaigns aimed at enhancing referral pipelines for critical business areas. This role involves close collaboration with regional Talent Attraction, Legal, and Business leaders to align local execution with Salesforce's global hiring strategy. We manage the program's branding and communications across platforms like Slack and email, resolve referral inquiries, and track program data to guide promotion strategies, ensuring the seamless operation of the referral bonus payout lifecycle.
In the Insiders Program, we manage the entire operational framework, from developing intake systems to establishing resolution standards that ensure a strong, candidate-focused experience. Our responsibilities include recruiting and training employee Insiders, crafting enablement resources for authentic cultural representation, and orchestrating communication campaigns across multiple channels to boost Insider engagement. Furthermore, we create reporting frameworks to monitor participation, quality of matches, and candidate sentiment, leveraging this data to drive continual process improvements.
The role requires over six years of experience in program management within HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition, alongside proficiency in both English and Japanese to engage APAC/Japan stakeholders effectively. Additionally, expertise in developing performance metrics, handling multiple priorities, and managing communication strategies for diverse audiences is essential. Our goal is to enhance operational excellence and foster a positive experience for candidates and referrers, continuously seeking opportunities for process refinement and alignment with global standards.

| その他 | - **応募要件**: - 6+ years of program management experience in HR, recruiting operations, or talent acquisition, including leading strategic, scalable talent programs. - Fluent in written and spoken English and Japanese to support APAC/Japan stakeholders and local teams. - Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional workstreams, managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail, including designing and executing multi-channel communication strategies for global, regional, and executive audiences. - Experience building performance metrics frameworks and using data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau) to inform program decisions, and proficiency with collaboration tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, Quip, Slack, Zoom, Google Meet). - **望ましい経験**: - A proactive, solutions-oriented approach focused on continuous process improvement, operational excellence, and delivering a strong candidate and employee experience. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of influencing cross-functional partners and senior leadership without direct authority. - Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, balancing competing high-impact priorities effectively. - Hands-on experience with recruiting platforms (e.g., Workday) or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce). |
