仕事内容

We are hiring Deployment Strategists to join Salesforce as customer-facing advisors responsible for defining AI strategy, shaping agentic solutions, and ensuring measurable adoption for enterprise clients. Our work involves translating complex business challenges into practical AI deployments with real value. Engagements are typically short-term, around 12 weeks, covering strategic accounts or multiple clients simultaneously. The goal is to provide clients with scalable, lasting solutions.

Key responsibilities include leading full lifecycle customer engagements from identification to consumption, ensuring successful outcomes throughout. You will define the client's AI strategy, lead design workshops, and architect solutions within Salesforce's AI platform with responsible AI governance. Additionally, you'll manage the entire deployment process, from overseeing timelines and communications to tracking adoption and expansion metrics. Working closely with Forward Deployed Engineers, you'll ensure alignment between strategy and technical execution, maintaining focus on achieving delivery milestones. You will also manage customer relationships, guiding them through AI readiness, change management, and process transformation to maximize intelligent agent benefits. Feedback from these engagements will help shape Salesforce's AI platform roadmap.

Required qualifications include over 4 years of experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership, with prior customer-facing experience in enterprise cloud or SaaS technology. A degree in Computer Science or related field is essential, along with a deep understanding of Salesforce's platform and agentic AI capabilities. You should have project management skills, be able to lead complex engagements, and travel as needed. Fluency in Japanese and knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Java is necessary. Preferred experience with Salesforce's Data Cloud, AI solutions in regulated industries, and relevant platform certifications would be advantageous.

その他- **応募要件**: 4+ years experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership or programme management for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology. You have a degree in Computer Science or a related field. Prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory) - this is a requirement, not a nice-to-have. Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud. Working knowledge of one or more programming languages: Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex. Proven ability to lead and own complex, ambiguous engagements end-to-end — from discovery through to measurable outcomes. Experience leading AI/LLM solution design, including agentic AI strategy, conversation design, and responsible AI practices. Strong project and programme management skills — ability to run multiple workstreams, manage stakeholder expectations, and keep delivery on track in ambiguous environments. Ability to travel 25% of the time to customer sites. Fluency in Japanese (written and verbal).

- **望ましい経験**: Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce platform, and Salesforce CRM (Sales, Service, Marketing). Experience designing and deploying AI solutions in regulated industries (e.g., public sector, financial services, healthcare). Salesforce platform certifications (e.g., Data Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist, Application Architect) or similar platform certifications such as Microsoft, Oracle, or similar platforms. Background in change management, organisational design, or enterprise transformation. Experience with AI/ML concepts beyond LLMs, including NLP, RAG architectures, and model evaluation frameworks. A get-things-done mindset with strong bias for action — comfortable operating in unstructured fast moving environments.
