仕事内容
As Senior Program Manager for Salesforce's strategic recruiting programs, we focus on leading the Employee Referral Program and Insiders Program across the APAC and Japan regions. Our primary responsibility is managing the day-to-day operations while supporting and localizing regional strategies in partnership with business leaders and cross-functional teams. In the Employee Referral Program, we design educational initiatives and promotional campaigns to enhance referral pipelines, aligning with the global hiring strategy. This involves managing program branding and communication, handling referral inquiries, presenting at orientations, training team members, auditing SLA compliance, and overseeing referral bonus payouts.
For the Insiders Program, we handle end-to-end operational workflows, establish resolution standards, and recruit and train employee Insiders to authentically represent Salesforce culture. We design communication campaigns to engage Insiders and ensure stakeholder alignment, while also building frameworks to track program metrics such as participation and candidate sentiment. Our role involves using this data to inform process improvements.
Successful execution of these responsibilities requires over 6 years of program management experience in HR or talent acquisition, fluency in English and Japanese, and strong multi-channel communication strategy skills. Familiarity with performance metrics frameworks and data tools, along with proficiency in collaboration tools and recruiting platforms, is essential for fostering continuous process improvements and operational excellence.

Fluent in written and spoken English and Japanese to support APAC/Japan stakeholders and local teams. Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional workstreams, managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail, including designing and executing multi-channel communication strategies for global, regional, and executive audiences. Experience building performance metrics frameworks and using data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau) to inform program decisions, and proficiency with collaboration tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, Quip, Slack, Zoom, Google Meet). - **望ましい経験**: A proactive, solutions-oriented approach focused on continuous process improvement, operational excellence, and delivering a strong candidate and employee experience.
