仕事内容
We are seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer to lead complex AI deployments, focusing on creating bespoke solutions with our Agentforce platform and other innovative technologies. This position requires a strategic partner who can guide technical engagements and mentor junior team members. As a primary driver, you will be responsible for the end-to-end technical delivery of AI solutions, from concept to optimization, ensuring tangible value in dynamic environments.
Your role involves deeply understanding client challenges and architecting sophisticated solutions. You will lead the full technical delivery process, from writing critical code to configuring systems, troubleshooting issues, and mentoring junior engineers. A significant focus will be on building scalable AI systems and intelligent agents using Large Language Models (LLM) on the Salesforce platform.
You will also directly work with clients to design custom intelligent agents that integrate seamlessly with existing ecosystems. Managing data configuration and integration is crucial, ensuring data readiness and security. As a technical expert, you will remove technical blockers, resolve complex challenges, and enhance our Agentforce platform's capabilities.
In this role, being a trusted strategic partner to our clients is key. You'll engage with client teams to understand their strategic goals and convert them into actionable technical solutions while leading technical discussions. Rapid prototyping and iterative development are also vital, as you code alongside client teams to create proofs-of-concept.
Applicants should possess at least five years of hands-on experience in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions, with robust computer science knowledge and proficiency in languages like JavaScript, Java, Python, or Apex. Experience with AI technologies, data modeling, and advanced orchestration frameworks is essential. Strong collaboration and communication skills, as well as the ability to travel and fluency in Japanese and English, are required.
