仕事内容
As part of our team, we aim to leverage Salesforce's AI CRM platform to drive customer success through innovative solutions. In the first three months, you will undergo comprehensive training in MuleSoft Technical Product and Consulting Services, followed by active participation in field activities, shadowing seasoned architects. The focus will be on executing MuleSoft implementations, understanding business outcomes, and integrating them into our methodologies. You will complete technical certifications, contribute to knowledge exchange, and start mentoring junior team members to help grow our services organization.
By the 12-month mark, you will be leading technical teams through complex project deliveries, providing hands-on guidance to influence development standards. Your role will involve evangelizing best practices and identifying opportunities to expand MuleSoft's footprint, managing multiple engagements, and driving collaboration with partners. You will play a crucial role in identifying risks and implementing mitigation measures, mentoring team members on technical and soft skills, and optimizing customer IT operating models for maximum platform value.
Additionally, your responsibilities will include leading technical sessions, creating reusable content, and providing insights to MuleSoft's product leadership. You will be instrumental in delivering presentations, creating architectural documents, and guiding customers through solution design to influence the strategic direction of our projects. Success in this role requires fluency in Japanese and business-level English, experience in leading integration teams, and expertise in architecting service integrations and managing end-to-end SDLC for technical projects.
