仕事内容
As Program/Project Management Senior Analyst, we focus on driving strategic initiatives and enhancing performance within the Sales organization. Our primary responsibility is to lead the "Sales Programs" within the Sales Strategy function, working closely with sales leadership, management, and other relevant departments like performance analytics and marketing to create scalable sales initiatives and bolster productivity.
Our role involves analyzing sales performance and crafting both immediate and long-term business strategies aimed at improving outcomes. We develop and refine sales programs and processes, ensuring alignment with the strategic sales priorities. This position requires constant coordination with regional and global sales leaders, striving for growth and productivity enhancement while serving as the regional contact point for Global Functions.
Key tasks include developing strategic frameworks to enhance activities within the Salesforce Commercial sales team, managing qualitative and quantitative data analysis to spur sales activities, and executing programs in collaboration with Salesforce stakeholders. We also assist and collaborate with Japan and Global executives on program design, development, project management, and initiative implementation. Additionally, reviewing and improving the Partner organization structure is part of our scope.
A successful candidate must possess strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, be proficient in using analytical tools like Tableau, have advanced Excel expertise, and be capable of developing innovative sales programs. Effective stakeholder management skills and the ability to present ideas to executive audiences are crucial, alongside advanced time management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities dynamically. Fluency in Japanese is mandatory, while English fluency is advantageous.
