仕事内容
We are responsible for leading and overseeing development initiatives involving the Guidewire ClaimCenter platform within our Open Systems Application Development team, using the Capacity Model. Our role focuses on managing end-to-end project delivery for Guidewire ClaimCenter, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business objectives. We provide technical and strategic guidance to our development teams, promoting best practices in architecture, design, and implementation. A crucial part of our responsibilities includes collaborating with Japanese-speaking stakeholders to accurately gather requirements, manage communications, and ensure the successful delivery of projects, requiring proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N3/N2+).
Moreover, we oversee resource planning, performance management, and team development to maintain high productivity and meet quality standards. Our duties also involve ensuring compliance with security protocols and regulatory requirements. We strive to drive innovation and continuous improvement across Guidewire implementations. Managing risks, budgets, and timelines across multiple concurrent projects is essential to our role.
We require extensive experience with the Guidewire ClaimCenter platform, proficiency in Gosu, Java, and integration frameworks, alongside a strong understanding of insurance claims lifecycle and business processes. Experience in a bilingual or multicultural environment is essential, with additional competencies such as Guidewire certifications (ClaimCenter) and PMP or Agile certifications being highly desirable.
