仕事内容
We are responsible for leading digital transformation initiatives and executing global IT strategies for clients in the manufacturing, automotive, energy, and life sciences sectors. Our key duties involve engaging with executive stakeholders to design and implement comprehensive transformation programs, managing consulting teams to ensure impactful delivery of services, and fostering talent development within our teams. We are tasked with developing and executing enterprise transformation strategies by leveraging digital technologies and managing global IT organization and infrastructure implementation projects. Additionally, we propose and implement advanced initiatives such as smart factories, IoT/IoS, and post-merger integrations, focusing on building long-term client relationships and expanding strategic accounts.
Our service offerings include consulting services that provide comprehensive support for business model design, business process reengineering, system architecture planning, and change management. We also offer IT solution services, which encompass IT implementation, development, and testing support using onshore/offshore models and global IT platform development. For IT support services, we optimize cost, scalability, and risk mitigation by leveraging nearshore/offshore resources for IT operations support.
Successful candidates for this role must have experience as IT business consultants, capable of leading transformation initiatives at the managerial level, and possess strong experience in business process improvement and IT system implementation consulting. A deep understanding of the industries we serve, along with the ability to work in global business environments, is essential. Advanced language skills in Japanese and English are required to effectively engage with our clients and teams.

For candidates with consulting firm or SIer experience: Proven experience in business process improvement and IT system implementation consulting at a consulting firm or SIer Experience working with clients in the manufacturing, automotive, utilities, and life science sector For candidates without consulting experience: Business experience in the manufacturing, automotive, utilities, or life sciences industries (especially in areas such as manufacturing processes, supply chain management, or production control) Experience in global business environments Language: Native-level Japanese (Speaking, Writing, Reading) Business level English - **望ましい経験**: Experience in SAP (ERP) implementation projects, including business process improvement (especially in MM, PP, or SD modules) Strong English communication skills (to collaborate effectively in a global consulting environment) Experience in the utilities industry (especially electric power) is a plus |
