仕事内容

Our role involves the comprehensive leadership and execution of enterprise technology architecture strategy within the IT Infrastructure Services ecosystem. As the Chief Architect, we ensure that all business objectives, digital transformation goals, operational requirements, security standards, and technology investments are cohesively aligned with a comprehensive and future-oriented architectural vision.

Our responsibilities include developing and maintaining the enterprise architecture vision, establishing architectural principles and governance frameworks, and ensuring that technology architecture strategies are aligned with business priorities and transformation initiatives. We act as the ultimate authority for infrastructure modernization and service transformation, providing strategic guidance to executive leadership and governance boards.

Additionally, we oversee technology architecture governance by establishing architectural policies, standards, and reference architectures. This includes chairing architecture review boards and ensuring solution consistency, scalability, and security. We define architecture directions across key sectors such as Cloud, Platform, Network, and Security, leading the design of resilient infrastructure services and promoting modern hybrid cloud operating models.

Our strategy also encompasses Cloud, DevOps, and modernization initiatives, driving cloud adoption and ensuring solutions are balanced for performance and cost efficiency. We lead AI-enabled operations and automation strategies, identifying innovation opportunities and accelerating technology transformation initiatives through strategic partnerships.

In terms of security, we integrate security-by-design principles into all architecture decisions, collaborating with Security Services leadership to establish comprehensive security standards. We also define architecture standards for data platforms and integration, ensuring real-time operational visibility and business insights.

We lead service transformation and technology modernization efforts, defining target-state architectures and developing transition roadmaps. Our vendor and technology partner management involves technical oversight and guiding strategic technology investments.

We act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, translating business strategy into actionable architecture plans and driving alignment between various business and technology teams. Through our leadership, we foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, ensuring the delivery of measurable business value.
