仕事内容

私たちは、光工場製薬部で製造される高血圧症治療剤や抗がん剤を含む医薬品の原薬製造プロセス最適化に関するシステム面でのテクニカルサポートを担当できる方を募集しています。この役割では、システム工学の戦略と文化を理解し、スケールアップ、検証、商業供給の全ての活動を遂行します。また、製造プロセスの改善を通じて、製品の成長を支援することも求められます。具体的には、GMP環境でのAPI製造に関するクロスファンクショナルチームの調整、製造文書の整備、バッチプロセスの検証および完成、また製造逸脱の原因究明と是正措置（CAPA）の策定に取り組みます。さらに、データ分析を通じてプロセスの最適化を促進し、技術報告書やプロトコルの作成を行います。外部ベンダーの管理や設備の納期・予算内での提供も重要な役割の一つです。必要な知識として、API製造における主要なユニット操作に関する科学と技術、GMP環境内でのオートメーション（DCS/MES）の経験があり、現場での製造プロセスの最適化に関して1-3年以上の実務経験が求められます。リーダーシップスキルも重要で、チームメンバーを支援し、クロスファンクションチームを管理できる能力があることが望まれます。

その他- **応募要件**: Appropriate technical knowledge in a process validation and manufacturing support as for API product regarding to System (DCS/MES). A knowledge of the science and technology for the major unit operations associated with API manufacturing operations regarding to System. A knowledge of GMPs and experience providing technical support in a GMP manufacturing environment. A familiarity with automation (local and distributed control systems) in a GMP environment. Expertise in validation, commercial manufacture of API product regarding to System (DCS/MES). Knowledge with troubleshooting / problem solving and risk assessment / mitigation as for API product regarding to System (DCS/MES). 1-3+ years of hands-on experience in a plant, focusing on manufacturing process optimization through programming, monitoring, and troubleshooting systems (e.g., MES/DCS). 1+ years of experience, knowledge, skill related to chemical process/technologies, site-operations, supply chain, project. Have knowledge of manufacturing processes including quality, operations, facilities and cost. Understanding of the interdependencies of research, technical operations and commercial functions as for API product. Leadership skill such as supporting team members as well as managing cross functional teams. Must be able to present ideas with clarity, conviction and confidence.

- **望ましい経験**: Preferred to have experience in managing team with applicable EHS perspectives such as waste, waste water, exhaust gas, noise, GHG reduction, health, and safety. Preferred to have knowledge in ISO 14001/45001 management system to carry out continuous improvement of site.
